Our Produce

Although when we first set up our farm, our ambition and aim was to sell a lot locally and through our own outlet or other local outlets and longer term, it still is. However, for all sorts of reasons this is not possible at the moment. We have now been here 4 years and the business has gone through many changes - the farm is going really well and the stock and Farmer Head are happy and healthy but if there is one thing we have learnt it is that one has to be adaptable and not have fixed ideas or programmes for the future!

We are very sorry not to have produce more readily available to you at the moment but we are keeping the website going and hoping to get more on top of the news and facebook updates for interest and information - we are still belive that the people know and understand about how their food is produced, informed choices can be made with more confidence.

Christmas Fayre 2011.

This year we are not able to offer our own turkeys as Claire is having an operation on her back potentially in mid December (bearing in mind we are with the NHS).

However, if you have already ordered from us for this year, we will be able to fulfill your order by offering you turkeys from our fellow farmers at Hyden Farm. I do intend to ring you all individually to make sure this is acceptable - do call me if you have any queries. We have worked with the lovely people at Hyden Farm for some years now - when we run out of our own we offer these. The turkeys are the same breed as we have and are reared to the same meticulous organic standard.

We do apologise for the lack of our turkeys - please bear with us - we will be back next year!!

Meat Boxes

We are currently not able to offer meat boxes. However, if you would like to order a half or whole lamb, butchered to your requirements, we are able to take orders for these.

Often we have beef in the freezer for sale - if you would like to give us a ring we will be happy to help you.
