Organic Beef   

Our organic beef is from our beautiful North Devon Ruby Red herd.  All grass fed and reared here at Rempstone Farm on the Isle of Purbeck.  They live an outdoor life, with thick curly coats in the Winter and shiny red coats in the Summer.  They love to forage around and spend time on our heaths as well as our grass fields, offering them a varied diet.  The meat is gently marbled with fat, giving a rich flavour and the fabulous natural nutrition of organic meat.  The beef is all hung 5 to 6 weeks, allowing flavours to develop and textures to soften, before being expertly butchered by our friends at Blackmore Vale Butchery.
